Car repairs are never fun, but Farmington Service & Towing seems to be on the cheaper end and gets you in quickly.Pros: They got us in fast and responded quickly and thoroughly to questions.Cons: Encouraged us to get more work done than we felt was necessary. They do an all-body inspection that gave us hope about the life of our car, but we had more things break down a few months later. For our power steering leak, we had to bring the car in three times within a couple weeks to fully diagnose the problem: we paid for a nearly $1000 repair the first time, then were quoted for another $1000+ repair the third time.

Quick service for walk-in emissions testing. They were very nice to the two other customers who walked in while I was briefly there. Even checked on one to ask if they needed a ride home, apparently long time customers. I live in Clearfield, and I was only in the area for the DMV, but I may head back here for future service based on my experience so far.

Josh and his team went above and beyond anything I could've expected, I can't recommend them enough.I had my truck at the dealer for over a month trying to get an issue resolved and my extended warranty to cover it. After a long and frustrating experience I didn't trust the dealer to be working on my truck anymore. I came to Farmington service and towing and the first thing they did try to help me prove my case to the dealer and extended warranty, Josh even reached out to the warranty company for me several times without paying him a dollar. Still after no success I brought my truck to Farmington service and towing and they fixed the issues that the dealer said couldn't be fixed. I got updates from Josh frequently about the status of my repair, something I greatly appreciated after having to call multiple times a day, or even go in person, to get updates from the dealer. These are honest, knowledgeable guys and I would gladly go back.

I had taken my truck to the dealership twice for an issue that needed attention. Both times they charged me $200 in diagnosis fees but couldn't identify or resolve the problem.Yesterday I took my truck to Farmington Service and Towing. They identified the problem and repaired it all within a couple of hours. Also it cost me less to actually get the issue resolved than what the dealer charged me to do nothing. I'll never go back to the Nissan dealership.Thank you Farmington Service and Towing!

I have been using Farmington Service for many many years now and they never let you down. Josh is a great communicator and follows thru on everything. The work they performed on my car was extremely detailed. Josh explained every detail to me and provides great advice. This is not one of shops where they try and tell you need to replace everything today. Honest and reliable! Thank you Josh and team for your amazing service.
