A few minor items were identified and addressed. The service was performed the next day and I picked up my truck. Josh was great to work with, he explained everything, answered my questions, and the price was very reasonable. Truck feels better with tires rotated and brakes checked on top of other items. I am really enjoying my old truck again. Thanks FTS!

Josh was kind enough to get me in immediately. He was very transparent and let me know everything they could do for me. I checked with few other shop and after confirming Josh gave me a fair quote I decided to support the local shop, and I’m glad I did. In the end he gave me some coupons and even let me use them immediately. Good stuff!

I had had a really bad experience at a dealership service center in the area where I’d been waiting ver two months for them to fix my car. I brought it in on Monday and now it’s Wednesday and the problem has been fixed. They were very thorough about explaining to me why parts needed changed, they were very upfront about pricing, and the entire time they reassured me that they would get everything taken care of. Absolutely amazing customer service.
