Cons: Encouraged us to get more work done than we felt was necessary. They do an all-body inspection that gave us hope about the life of our car, but we had more things break down a few months later. For our power steering leak, we had to bring the car in three times within a couple weeks to fully diagnose the problem: we paid for a nearly $1000 repair the first time, then were quoted for another $1000+ repair the third time.
I had my truck at the dealer for over a month trying to get an issue resolved and my extended warranty to cover it. After a long and frustrating experience I didn't trust the dealer to be working on my truck anymore. I came to Farmington service and towing and the first thing they did try to help me prove my case to the dealer and extended warranty, Josh even reached out to the warranty company for me several times without paying him a dollar. Still after no success I brought my truck to Farmington service and towing and they fixed the issues that the dealer said couldn't be fixed. I got updates from Josh frequently about the status of my repair, something I greatly appreciated after having to call multiple times a day, or even go in person, to get updates from the dealer. These are honest, knowledgeable guys and I would gladly go back.
Yesterday I took my truck to Farmington Service and Towing. They identified the problem and repaired it all within a couple of hours. Also it cost me less to actually get the issue resolved than what the dealer charged me to do nothing. I'll never go back to the Nissan dealership.
